Leg Press 1 set, maybe 2 very light. Strange doing a workout where you feel like you’ve just kinda goofed off?? Think someone(Cameron) will find another route on the next deload week.

Got there late had a rough day and basically pussed out. Stretched, put knee sleeves and squat shoes on then sat there until it was time to leave.

Good workout.

Good Mornings and Straight legged Deadlifts.
Calves
Speed work today. Workout went well.
225 x 6 sets of 3 speed bench.
135 x 6 sets of 15-ish close grip bench.
45 x 4 sets of 10 dumbell extension/press
50-60 lbs x 10-15 cable pull downs.
Still need some direction on my workouts but, things are good!
Deadlifted today, didn’t kill myself or anything but all in all it felt pretty good.

225 x 4 sets of 6
Shrugs- progressive up to 485-ish for sets of 10.
Seated Rows- progressive up to 150 for sets of 10.
Finished up with dumbell curls 4 sets of 10.
