Deload….

Umm, squatted 135 for singles for an hour.

275- 1 set of 8 reps?

Leg Press 1 set, maybe 2 very light. Strange doing a workout where you feel like you’ve just kinda goofed off?? Think someone(Cameron) will find another route on the next deload week.

Monday Squat.

Got there late had a rough day and basically pussed out. Stretched, put knee sleeves and squat shoes on then sat there until it was time to leave.

Tuesday-Bench

Lat Pulls/Shoulder DB presses

4 sets of 10

Close Grip.

185- 4 sets of 10-15

Will start keeping better records on my numbers.

Thursday- Deadlift.

405- 6 sets of 3′s

455- 1 set for a double.

Lat pulls- Dumbell shoulder presses.

Super sets 4 sets of 10

Close Grip.

185-ish- 3 sets of 10-15

Thursday- Deadlift

Good workout.

375- 6 sets of 3′s

Good Mornings and Straight legged Deadlifts.

Calves

08/08/2009 Speed Bench

Speed work today. Workout went well.

225 x 6 sets of 3 speed bench.

135 x 6 sets of 15-ish close grip bench.

45 x 4 sets of 10 dumbell extension/press

50-60 lbs x 10-15 cable pull downs.

Still need some direction on my workouts but, things are good!

08/06/2009 Deadlift!

Deadlifted today, didn’t kill myself or anything but all in all it felt pretty good.

320 x 6 sets of 3′s.

225 x 4 sets of 6

Shrugs- progressive up to 485-ish for sets of 10.

Seated Rows- progressive up to 150 for sets of 10.

Finished up with dumbell curls 4 sets of 10.

Had a good meal with little Timmy.

First I’d like to send out a special thank you to Cameron for making me “almost” puke between 1 -15 times!

New routine. Benched with Cam.

235 – See Camerons workout for this day. I did pretty much what he did.

 

Basically a good workout, I was sucking wind somethign terrible though!
